New Pasta, New Favourites: What's Landing on the Oasis Menu This Monday

If you've eaten at Oasis before, you already know our pasta is handmade fresh in-house,no shortcuts, no pre-made shapes shipped in from who-knows-where. Just fresh dough, made properly, every single day.

Well, from Monday, August 10th, that lineup is getting a serious upgrade.

We're introducing two brand new handmade pasta shapes to the menu: farfalle, those little bow-tie shaped pieces that hold sauce so well, and penne, a classic done properly with fresh dough. Both are made completely in-house, the same way we make everything else.

But the real headline here is ravioli. We're not just tweaking the ravioli we already had,we're adding a whole new range of flavours and fillings, and for the first time, you'll be able to order it as an appetizer as well as a main. So whether you want a small plate to share before your meal or a full ravioli dish to dig into, there's now a version for you.

Combined with our existing favourites like tagliatelle and gnocchi, this means the pasta menu at Oasis is bigger, more varied, and more handmade than ever.

If you're on Koh Tao this week, Monday's the day to come try it. We'll have the full new menu ready to go, ready for you to order fresh, however you like it.
