Our New Pasta Menu Has Officially Launched — Here's What You Missed

After weeks of testing, tasting, and perfecting, our new pasta menu officially launched at Oasis — and the response was everything we hoped for.

If you were there, thank you. If you weren't, here's exactly what's now on the menu and waiting for you.

Two brand new handmade pasta shapes

We've added farfalle and penne to our handmade pasta lineup, both made fresh in-house the same way we make everything else at Oasis — no shortcuts, no pre-made shapes. Farfalle brings those little bow-tie pieces that are perfect for holding onto sauce, while penne is a classic done the way it should be.

A whole new ravioli range

This is the big one. We haven't just added a ravioli dish, we've added a full range of brand new ravioli varieties, including shrimp with saffron cream and cheese with tomato sauce. And for the first time, you can order ravioli as an appetizer as well as a main, so it's just as good for sharing as it is for a full meal.

Alongside our existing favourites like tagliatelle and gnocchi, the new menu now includes:

• Oven-Baked Calabrese

The menu is live now, every dish handmade fresh daily. If last night is anything to go by, this is a menu worth coming back for more than once.

Oasis Restaurant, Sairee Crossroads, Koh Tao — open daily 9am to midnight, with delivery available via WhatsApp until 11:30pm. Working during the day? Our air-conditioned second floor co-working space with WiFi is open too.
