Beautiful Days, Whale Sharks & Hoping for Rain 🌴🐋

Koh Tao been showing us some seriously beautiful weather all month long. Blue skies, calm seas, warm days and some incredible conditions both above and below the water.

And it’s also been an amazing month for whale shark season. There have been so many sightings around the island’s dive sites, making it an especially exciting time to get in the water and explore what’s beneath the surface. 🐋💙

But while we’ve been enjoying all this sunshine, Koh Tao is also experiencing a drought, and the island’s water supplies are getting low. Water is an essential part of island life, and right now we’re hoping for some proper tropical rain to arrive and help replenish the island’s water table.

So yes, we’re loving the sunshine… but we’re also very much ready for a big, beautiful downpour. 🌧️🌴
