Every shape on our pasta menu is handmade and made fresh in-house daily, right here on Koh Tao. No shortcuts, no packets, just dough, rolled and shaped by hand before it hits your plate. Here's a look at what's on offer.

Farfalle

Little bow-tie shaped pasta, perfect for soaking up flavour. We serve ours as a farfalle aglio e olio, simple, garlicky, and packed with taste.

Gnocchi

Soft, pillowy, and made from scratch. Paired with a pumpkin parmesan cream sauce, it's rich, comforting, and one of those dishes you'll be thinking about for the rest of your trip.

Ravioli

Brand new to the menu and already a favourite. We're making ours two ways: shrimp ravioli with a saffron cream sauce, and a cheese ravioli with classic tomato sauce. There's also a ravioli appetizer if you want to try it before going all in on a main.

Tortellini

Small parcels, big flavour. Ours come with a mushroom truffle sauce that's earthy, savoury, and made for pasta lovers.

Penne

A classic shape, handmade the Oasis way, ready to pair with your favourite sauce on the menu.

Oven-Baked Calabrese

Not a shape exactly, but too good to leave out. Baked, bubbling, and full of flavour.
